OUR FOUNDER
Bora San Yılmazkurt, a graduate of Hacettepe University and a winner of various architecture competitions. With over 30 years of global business experience, he has been active in investment projects, particularly in Turkey and Portugal. He holds an honorary certificate from the Emperor of Japan for his work. He played a significant role in establishing Turkey's first stem cell cord blood bank in the healthcare sector. Specialized in public buildings, residential units, complex sites, shopping malls, towers, villas, commercial buildings, retail, health, and industrial structures, as well as tourism and hotel management. Yılmazkurt provides services in business development, project management, and consultancy. He has collaborated with institutions such as the Turkish Armed Forces, NATO, MIT, local municipalities, POLSKİ BANK, YAŞAM BANKASI, ORKA HOLDİNG, Damat, Tween, D'S, DAP YAPI Holding, and Portugal's Eltes. He is the founder and owner of Seahorse Deluxe Hotel Group and also owns a real estate portfolio and management company. He serves as Vice President of the Portugal Turkish Trade and Club and actively participates in social responsibility projects, supporting educational and cultural initiatives.
